  1. Sponsor
    This giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by:

  2. Eligibility
    Open to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older. Void where prohibited. Employees,
    volunteers, or affiliates of the Sponsor are not eligible to win.

  3. Giveaway Period
    The Sweepstakes begins on Friday, January 30 and ends on Friday, February 6(“Giveaway Period”).
    All entries must be received by 5pm PT on Friday, February 6 to be eligible.

  4. How to Enter
    You may enter in either of the following ways:
    ● Paid Ticket Entry: Individuals who purchase a ticket to the 15 Percent Pledge Block Party will
    be automatically entered into the prize drawing.
    ● Free Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”):
    To enter without a ticket purchase, send an email with your full name, email address, and phone
    number to info@15pp.org with the subject line “Free Entry – 15 Percent Pledge Giveaway”.
    Each person may enter only once (per ticket), regardless of method. Duplicate entries will be
    disqualified.

  5. Prizes
    Two (2) winners will each receive:
    ● One (1) Aurelia Bag by Pierre LaBorde
    Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per bag: $295
    Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and substitutions are not allowed except at Sponsor’s
    sole discretion.
    6. Winner Selection and Notification
    Two (2) winners will be selected via a random drawing conducted on Saturday February 7 at 12pm PT
    and Sunday, February 8 at 12pm PT from all eligible entries received.

Winners will be announced at the event. If a winner is not present, the Sponsor will attempt to notify the
winner via the contact information provided (email or phone).
If a selected winner does not respond to notification within 48 hours, or if the contact information is
invalid or unreachable, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner at random from the
remaining eligible entries.


7. Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.


8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or any
other factor impairs its integrity. All decisions of the Sponsor are final.


9. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; or for technical or human
error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or drawing of the winners.


10. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law
principles.
